Please note that we do not issue international or domestic flight tickets, nor do we provide visa processing services, either through our website or via any physical channels of the company. All flights and visa-related requirements must be managed independently by the traveler. Our services focus on providing local travel support such as accommodation, transportation, tours, transfers, and travel consultation.

2. Website Content and Updates

The content displayed on our website—including hotel descriptions, sample itineraries, photographs, and service information—is regularly updated to reflect changes in our travelofferings. We reserve the right to update or change website content at any time without prior announcement. However, please be assured that such updates will not affect any confirmed bookings or travelers who are in the process of booking with us. Any revisions made are intended to improve service accuracy and enhance your travel planning experience.

3. Hotel Photos and Room Standards

Please note that all hotel photographs and images used on our website are sample representations intended to provide a visual understanding of the service standard we offer. These images serve as reference visuals only. The actual hotel and room you stay in may differ slightly but will always be of a similar quality and standard as shown. We work with reputable accommodation providers and strive to ensure your experience meets the level depicted in our marketing. Hotel room images may be updated periodically depending on property changes and availability.

4. Hotel Room Selection and Booking Duration

Accommodation included in your travel package is selected by our team based on availability and quality. If you wish to personally choose a specific hotel or room type, this request can be arranged for an additional charge, subject to availability. Additionally, if you wish to extend your stay beyond the number of days provided in our standard travel plans, you will be required to pay for the additional days in advance. All additional charges must be settled prior to confirmation.

5. Travel Destinations and Official Partners

Our services are currently offered exclusively in Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Thailand, and Vietnam. These are the only countries where we have verified local partners to manage and deliver ground services. We do not have any official partners or operations in other countries at this time. Therefore, we recommend that you only consider our travel packages and arrangements for the countries explicitly listed on our website or social media platforms.

6. Official Communication Channels

All official travel plans, announcements, offers, and communications will be made solely through our official website and social media networks. We do not operate through third-party websites, unverified agents, or personal contacts. Clients are encouraged to verify any information directly on our official platforms to avoid misinformation or unauthorized services.

7. Payment Policy

All payments for our travel services must be made exclusively through our official website or directly to the company’s registered bank account. We do not accept any cash payments for bookings, whether online or offline. This policy is in place to maintain transparency and ensure secure transactions. Once a payment is made and confirmed, the booking is processed immediately, and the relevant travel services are secured.

8. Booking Confirmation and Refund Policy

Once your payment has been received, your travel package will be automatically booked, including hotel stays, local transfers, and scheduled tours. Please note that we do not offer any refunds after a booking has been confirmed and processed. Due to the nature of pre-paid services with our local partners, refunds are not possible once the booking is finalized. If you need to change your travel dates after booking, you may do so, but such requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges. You must inform us as soon as possible if you wish to change your dates.

9. Travel Insurance

While we provide a wide range of travel services, we do not offer travel insurance. It is the traveler’s own responsibility to purchase travel insurance separately. We strongly recommend securing comprehensive coverage that includes medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage loss, and trip cancellations to safeguard your travel experience.

10. Meal Plans and Hotel Services

Meal plans are generally not included in your booking unless specifically stated. You may request your preferred meal plan directly with the hotel upon arrival, subject to the hotel’s availability and their individual policies. We do not guarantee the inclusion or type of meals unless clearly defined in your itinerary or booking details.

11. Cultural Awareness and Legal Compliance

Travelers using our services are expected to respect and follow the laws, cultural norms, and religious practices of the countries they are visiting. Every country has its own traditions, dress codes, customs, and legal restrictions, which must be observed by all visitors. Disregarding local laws or showing disrespect to cultural practices may result in penalties or refusal of services, and Vacation to Asia (Pvt) Ltd. will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such behavior.
